In the midst of building a brand new program at Delaware State University, lacrosse head coach Jillian Lontz has had her time filled with recruiting, scheduling games and ordering equipment/gear in addition to other tasks. 

While at a recent recruiting event in Jupiter, Fla., Lontz sat down with Inside Florida Lacrosse's Bill Franklin.
