Felton, Del. (Oct. 29, 2021) --- Delaware State riders collected both Most Outstanding Performer awards, but the Hornets were edged by Lynchburg in a Jumping Seat only match at Dovington Training Center.
The teams were tied at 4-4 following the Fences and Flat competitions, but Lynchburg won the raw scoring tally 624.5 to 554.5.
Delaware State's Olivia Brown was MOP in Fences, topping all riders with a score of 85 aboard "Ricky."
Jordan Wicklund also collected a Fences point for the Hornets with a score of 84 on "Cici."
Wicklund added MOP to her day with a win on the Flat, riding "Denali" to a score of 88.5 to top all riders in the event.
DSU's Gabrielle Fournier was also a winner on the Flat, tallying 84 points on "Carl."
