WILLIAMSBURG, Virginia – The Delaware State Triathlon team captured their first win in program history Sunday morning at the Patriots Sprint Triathlon.

Ava Larkin, the top performer for the Hornets, completed the Patriots Sprint Triathlon in one hour, eleven minutes, and forty-one seconds. Larkin finished second. Leoine Pfeiffer followed Larkin taking fourth. Pfeiffer finished in one hour, twelve minutes, and fifty-two seconds.

This is out of 31 women who competed in Sunday's meet.
