Norfolk, Va. (July 26, 2019) --- Delaware State and other Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference football fans can get a preview of the upcoming 2019 season today. The annual MEAC Kickoff Luncheon is set for noon today at the Norfolk Hilton The Main. Fans can view a live streaming broadcast of the event via the MEAC's homepage. 

The event features presentations by the league's eight head football coaches, in addition to the announcement of the MEAC's preseason honors and predicted order of finish.
