Dover - Newly appointed Head Women's basketball coach, Khadijah Rushdan is wasting no time forming her coaching staff. Starting off, Coach Rushdan has decided to keep Assistant Coach Matthew Crenshaw on the coaching staff.
Delaware State University welcomed Matthew "Matt" Crenshaw to the Women's Basketball coaching staff in September 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of collegiate coaching experience, elite player-development expertise, and a distinguished legacy as one of the most accomplished student-athletes in IUPUI history.
Coach Rushdan is excited to welcome back Coach Crenshaw and looks forward to the season ahead.
