Philadelphia, PA — The Delaware State Women's Track and Field Program continued their season at the prestigious Penn Relays, filled with thousands of high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.
This invite was highlighted by new record breaking times in DSU history by
Sierra Passee, Miriam Okwudibonye,
Merasia Johnson,
Layla James.
Junior, Miriam Okwudibonye knocked off numerous competitors to place 11th in the women's 400H (59.22). It was the second fastest time 400H time in DSU School History.

Kahlia Smith finished 12th in the 4x100 Relay. Followed by

Layla James 18th place finish in the Women's Sprint Medley with a final time of 4:07.50 to earn the third fastest time in DSU History to close the invitational for the Hornets.
