COLLEGEVILLE, Pennsylvania – The Delaware State women's track and field program continued its indoor season on Saturday at the Frank Colden Invite. The HBCU Showcase was highlighted with three first-place finishes.

Sanaa Virgil started the hornet off with a first-place finish in the Triple Jump with a 11.73 meter mark. Virgil secure a new personal record and earned the 3rd rank spot on DSU All-Time list. Amber Pelle continued the momentum for the Hornets taking first place in the Weight Throw with a 15.63 meter mark. Pelle currently hold the school record in this event. Third on DSU All-Time list, Mariah Winfield closed the Invitational for the Hornets cruising through the competition earning first in the Long Jump with a 5.73 meter mark.
