NORFOLK, Va., November 24, 2025 - Howard's Zennia Thomas was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Player of the Week, presented by Wells Fargo.  Delaware State's Liliana Harrison was named Rookie of the Week, while fellow Hornet Ericka Huggins earned Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively.  . 

Harrison (Fr., 6-2, F., Lebanon, Pa.) contributed 19 points and nine rebounds across a 1-1 week for Delaware State. She scored 12 points with four rebounds against Farleigh Dickson University and followed with seven points and five boards in the Hornets' 83-38 victory over St. Mary's (MD). 

Huggins (So, 6-0, F., Wilmington, DE.) posted 16 points, 16 rebounds, seven steals, and four blocks in a 1–1 week for the Hornets. She tallied five points, six rebounds, three steals, and two blocks against FDU before adding an 11-point, 10-rebound double-double with four steals and two blocks in Delaware State's win over St. Mary's (MD).
