WESTIN, Florida – The Delaware State University women's golf team continued their spring season at the Arcis HBCU Golf Championship on Sunday and Monday. After three rounds of competition, the Hornets finished second.

Delaware State finished with 312 in round one, 321 in round two, and 309 in round three for a total score of 942. 

The Hornets competed against other HBCU schools, Howard and Alabama State, and North Carolina Central. First-place finisher, Howard, finished round one with a 303, round two with a 304, and round three with a 304.  

After three rounds, Estelle Verny stood tied for second. Verny, 229 (75-78-76).
