FRISCO, Texas – The Delaware State University women's golf team wrapped up their Fall season at the Eastside Golf Collegiate Invitational on Sunday and Monday at the Fields Ranch at PGA Frisco West Course after two rounds of competition.

Delaware State finished with a 321 in round one, and on day two, the Hornets posted a 318 in round two, for a total score of 639. 

The Hornets were 44 shots behind the leader, Howard University, who finished round one with a 293 and in round two with a 302.  

After two rounds, Claudia Hofmeister stood first. Hofmeister, 139 (67-72).

The Hornets will travel to Montgomery, Alabama for the Alabama State University tournament. The first tee is set for Saturday, February 15.
