NORFOLK, Va., November 18, 2024 – North Carolina Central running back J'Mari Taylor was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Offensive Player of the Week, presented by Coca-Cola
. Howard's defensive back Robert Jones III earned Defensive Player of the Week honors, while
Delaware State's defensive back Dwayne Carter was named Rookie of the Week.
N.C. Central's AC McMoore and
S.C. State's Kyle Gallegos earned Offensive Lineman and Specialist of the Week honors, respectively.
Carter (DB, 5-11, 185, Fr., Atlantic City, N.J.) registered two pass breakups with two tackles in the game against Norfolk State.
