Dover, Del. (Mar. 21, 2023) --- The Delaware State women's tennis team has won three of its last four matches after posting a 5-2 victory over Chestnut Hill (Pa.) in the Hornets' spring home opener today. Noelani Lui (No.1), Daria Julia (No. 2) and Klaudija Lisovska (No. 3) each posted straight-set wins to highlight the victory. Lui won 6-1. 6-1 to earn her third singles win in the last four contests. Julia was a 6-2, 6-1 winner, while Lisovska cruised to a 6-0, 6-2 win.
Lisovska and Julia also teamed for a 6-3 win in the No. 1 doubles match, while Lui and Baluck Deang posted a 6-1 victory in No. 2 doubles.
The Hornets are also home for their next month this Thursday (Mar. 23) against Bowie State. Start time is 1:00 p.m. at Courtside in Dover.
