REHOBOTH BEACH, Delaware – The Delaware State University women's golf team finished tenth in the Lady Blue Hen Invitational Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at the Rehoboth Beach Country Club after three rounds of competition.

Delaware State finished with a 314 in round one, 320 in round two, and the Hornets posted a 308 in round three, for a total score of 942. 

The Hornets competed against top schools Harvard, the University of Penn, and the University of Delaware. First place finisher, Harvard University, who finished round one with a 299, round two with a 301, and round three with a 280.  

After three rounds, Claudia Hofmeister stood tied for 17th. Hofmeister, 226 (74-75-77).

The Hornets have completed their Fall season and will return to action in the Spring in the Advance Golf Partner Collegiate. The first tee is set for Sunday, February 11.
