Phila., Pa. (Apr. 30, 2022) --- The Delaware State women's 4x200 meter relay team captured a championship at the prestigious Penn Relays this weekend.
The Hornet team Khaliyah White Lakendra Harpe, Dianna Koger and Aaliyah Robinson took home first place in the Penn Relays College Women's 4x200 with a time of one-minute-39.53 seconds, edging out Miami of Ohio (1:40.24) to claim the title.
Delaware State's winning time was also just short of the school of 1:38:55 at the 1985 Penn Relays.
The Hornets, running in the second  heat, were nearly three seconds faster than second place Central State (1:42.51) in Heat 2.
