Dover, Del. (Oct. 2, 2022) ---The Delaware State golf team's recent visit to world famous Rehoboth Beach to host an 11-team invitational tournament is receiving rave reviews.
The two-day Hornets' Classic at the Creek Invitational at Kings Creek was the subject of an article by the shore's Cape Gazette news.
Delaware State was fourth in the final tournament team standings, while Hornet senior Ana Ferreyra-Heit topped three other golfer in four-hole playoff to win the individual title.
