Baltimore, MD (April 16-17) --- The Hornets again brought just a small contingent of athletes, this time at the Hopkins/Loyola Track & Field Invitational
Safarya Cheadle places first in the 100 meters at 12.38 seconds, she finishes .04 seconds before teammate Aaliyah Robinson, who finishes second.
Robinson places first in the 200 meters with her personal best time of 25.37 seconds. Safarya Cheadle's time of 25.94 is good enough for fourth place.
Catherine Glenn finishes first in the 100-meter hurdles at 14.67 seconds.
The Hornets 4 x 100 relay of Khaliyah White, Kyra Lyles, Aaliyah Robinson and Lakia Hope place first with a recording of 48.55 seconds.
Tiajah Robinson finishes second with a jump of 1.60 meters in the high jump. Trinity Kinard places fourth at 1.50 meters.
Mya Bradley places second in the long jump with her season best performance of 5.64 meters and Sierra Romaine finishes third at 5.52 meters.
Jordyn Johnson finishes second in the triple jump at 11.46 meters and Bradley finishes third with another season best mark of 11.40 meters.
Pelle finishes third in the hammer with her season's best mark of 44.96 meters, while Azure Patterson places sixth at 38.39 meters.
Amber Pelle finishes fourth with a throw of 36.46 meters and Azure Patterson places sixth at 34.42 meters.
Makiya Gayles finishes eighth with a throw of 21.86 meters in the Javelin.
