Dover, Del. (May12, 2020) --- Each member of Delaware State's women's tennis student-athletes has been recognized by the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference for her work in the classroom.
DSU's Anastasia Belkina, Yelyzaveta Bessonova, Cassandra Boltman,  Anastasiia Danylova, Lolita Kozina, Alina Polyvana and Iris Leder are among 78 MEAC women's tennis players named to the league's 2019-20 All-Academic Team.
MEAC sophomore, junior and senior student-athletes with a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average, as well as transfer student-athletes who have been in residence at the institution for at least one year, are eligible for all-academic accolades. 
 "I am pleased to congratulate our women's tennis student-athletes for maintaining a 3.0 or better grade point average," said MEAC Commissioner Dennis E. Thomas. "I would also like to thank all the people who assisted with the academic and athletic success of these student-athletes."
