"Solid teams are typically strong along the offensive line, and I believe we are making strides toward building a strong front line in the years ahead," said Milstead, an All-America offensive lineman at Delaware State before an eight-year National Football League career.
"I believe this offensive line group coming in has as much potential as any that's signed here in quite some time. Our goal is to build this group into a cohesive unit that will become strength of our team in the years ahead.
Milstead added, "These young guys group have already become close via social media and has nicknamed themselves the Dover Wall."
Henry is the latest in-state star to join the Hornets.
"C.J. is an amazing athlete and further proof of our commitment to offer opportunities to top players in the state and give them a chance to showcase their talents here at home," stated Milstead.
Brooks is projected to challenge for playing time as a corner or safety and Langley has the potential to be a solid good speed rusher from the end, according to DSU scouting reports.
