Princeton, NJ — The Delaware State Men's and Women's Track & Field program continued their momentum, delivering another set of top-10 performances at the Princeton Sam Howell meet on April, 4th.
Marian Drazan returned to the track to set a new DSU record in the 5000 meters. Drazan finished in second place with a final time of 14:30.23, while Lekan Sotonwa closed in behind him with a finished time of 14:43.95 to break another DSU record.
Freshmen Tori Willis Jr marked his way into MEAC history with the number 1 ranked time of 52.28 in the 400 hurdles. Willis Jr. placed third overall, with Alonzo Sims Jr. finishing behind him in fourth.
Anai Burney-Green showcased his speed in the 200-meter dash, powering past competitors from Lehigh and Saint Joseph's to claim third place with a time of 21.50.
The quartet of Keith Jenerette, Alonzo Sims Jr, Jonah Sydney and Sage Phillips secured fourth place in the 4x400 Relay, with finished time of
