NORFOLK, Va., May. 6, 2026 — Delaware State senior Alonzo Sims Jr. was named Men's Track Athlete of the Week, while Howard sophomore Tarike Lavine earned Men's Field Athlete of the Week honors.  
 
Sims Jr. (Sr., Upper Marlboro, Md) claimed gold in the 400-meter hurdles at the Princeton Larry Ellis Invitational with a MEAC-best time of 51.85.
