BALTIMORE, Maryland – The Delaware State men's track and field program continued the Outdoor season at the Morgan State Legacy Meet on Saturday, April 20. The Meet was highlighted by a school record, several top 10 finishes, and personal records. 

Final Results

On the women's side, Ashley Lagat set a school record in the 3k steeplechase with a personal record time of 11:39.25. Lagat is now number one in the MEAC. Purity Kattam followed behind her placing second recording the Delaware State number two all-time of 12:22.15. 

Catherine Glenn put on a showing for the Hornets with a first-place finish in the Javelin and set a school record.

The Hornets will be back on the track on April 25, when they travel to Penn Relays.
