TEANECK, N.J. --- The Delaware State baseball team concluded its three-game Northeast Conference (NEC) series with Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) with an 8-1 loss on Sunday.

Evan Bouldin in the top of the second inning for a 1-0 Hornet lead. The Knights put up eight unanswered runs throughout the remainder of the game to ensure the win and the series sweep.

Trey Paige paced the efforts with a pair of hits each.

Delaware State will conclude its 11-game away stand this weekend with a nonconference series at Penn State. First pitch is Thursday's series opener is currently scheduled for 6 p.m.
