Dover, Del. (Mar. 2, 2022) --- A trio of Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference indoor Track and Field champions has been selected as the Delaware State Athletes of the Week, presented by the Dover area McDonalds restaurants.
Annalise Bond was the first Hornet to capture the MEAC women's indoor pole vault title with a top effort of 3.30 meters in the conference championship meet on Feb. 24.
Peter Kamanu gave Delaware State a sweep of the MEAC indoor pole vault titles by winning the men's championship with a top attempt of 4.40 meters.  
Tayshaun Chisholm won the MEAC men's indoor 60-meter hurdles championship with a time of 7.92 seconds.
