NORFOLK, Va. --- The Delaware State women's basketball team dropped a 102-36 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) contest to the top-seeded Norfolk State Spartans on Saturday.

Freshman center
Unique Miller paced the Delaware State offense with 14 points. She hauled in a game-high nine rebounds as well as recorded a steal and an assist.

Hornets' other freshman center
Breazia Robinson chipped in with 10 points and five rebounds in the loss.
Mizani Johnson scored points and played 30 minutes in her Delaware State debut.

Delaware State returns to action at home on Monday in MEAC action with Howard University. Tipoff from Memorial Hall is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
