Dover, Del. (Feb. 22, 202) --- Delaware State fans planning to support the Hornets at the MEAC Basketball Tournament in Norfolk, Va., next month can still purchase ticket books through the university.
The  tournament is set for Mar. 9-12 at the Scope Arena.
