Victoria Wilform finished her second season as an assistant women's volleyball coach at Delaware State University in 2024 after being hired in Sept. 2023.
She was a former NCAA student-athlete for Appalachian State University and Wingate University.
Wilform was a four-year starting outside hitter at Appalachian State from 2018-21. She helped Appalachian State to a runner-up finish in the Sun Belt volleyball tournament her first year. A three-time member of the Sun Belt Commissioner’s List Honor Roll, Wilform earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Appalachian State in May 2022, majoring in Public Health with a minor in Nutrition. She graduated with Cum Laude honors.
Wilform got her coaching start at Carolina Juniors Volleyball Club (Charlotte, N.C.) where she was an assistant coach to a national volleyball club team. She directed the summer volleyball camps and helped coordinate teams and practices for the established local league. She also conducted private lessons training players on every aspect of the volleyball game, especially hitting and passing.
For her graduate season (2022), Wilform was honored to train and play under the distinguished AVCA Hall of Fame Honoree, Coach Shelton Collier, at Wingate University. Wilform contributed to the SAC conference and Southeast region titles. The team had its sixth NCAA Elite Eight appearance and placed sixth in the Division II National Tournament.
Wilform is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Public Health from Wingate University.
