Dukic returns to the Delaware State volleyball program as a member of the coaching staff ahead of the 2022 season.

A three-year member of the program as a player, she was a key member of Delaware State’s historic 2021 season, which was highlighted by the Hornets capturing a share of the MEAC regular season title for the first time since 1987 and a first-ever appearance in the National Invitational Volleyball Championship tournament. The 2021 Hornets also set a team record for wins in a season (26),  while posting a perfect 13-0 at home and an 11-1 mark vs. non-conference teams during the regular season, in addition to establishing new team highs for MEAC wins (12), longest win streak (16) and shutout wins (20). Delaware State ended the  2021 regular season as the MEAC leader in kills, hitting percentage, opponents hitting percentage and assists

In her first season with the Hornets in 2019, Dukic was fourth among all MEAC players in assists at 8.16 per set (620) total, including a career-high 53 in a match. In 2020, she led the Hornets and was fifth in the MEAC in assists at 6.11 per set.

Dukic tallied a career total of 1,267, assists (6.50 per set), along with 346 digs and 39 aces in 195 sets in her three years. She was also a member of the MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team and American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Star during her Delaware State playing career. She received a bachelor’s in Kinesiology (2020) and a master’s in Sport Administration from Delaware State (2022).  

Prior to joining the Hornets, Dukic was an All-Region First Team, Academic All-Region First Team, Third Team Academic All-Academic and Athlete-of-the-Year at Marshalltown CC in Kansas. Her two-year statistics at Marshalltown included 2,328 assists, 206 kills, 603 digs, 107 service aces, 109 blocks and 378.5 points.
