Northwestern State University (2023-25):
During these two seasons combined, she appeared in 40 games, making four starts, and averaged 9.5 minutes per game. Frierson scored 65 points, grabbed 83 rebounds, dished out 17 assists, and recorded 16 steals throughout her time at Northwestern State. Some of her highlights included scoring a season-high seven points in a win over New Orleans and contributing key defensive plays and rebounds in multiple games.

High School: Frierson was ranked as the fifth-best player in Louisiana in the Class of 2023 by LGR Basketball. In her senior season, she averaged 23 points per game and led Southwood to the state quarterfinals for the first time in five years. She earned first-team all-district, first-team all-state honors from the Louisiana High School Basketball Coaches' Association and LGR Basketball, and was named first-team by the Shreveport Times and Shreveport-Bossier Journal. Frierson scored over 1,000 points in just two seasons. Off the court, she was a Gold Renaissance Scholar-Athlete with a GPA over 4.0 and was on the Principal's List, Honor Roll, and National Honor Society.
