PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Delaware St. fell to Temple 6-0 Sunday (Sept. 13) at Temple Sports Complex.
How it Happened
Temple controlled the match offensively, finishing with 22 shots, including 11 on goal. The Owls received goals from Katelyn Revelle, Madison Ward, Giovanna Echavarria, Eva Canevari and Eva Matesich, with Revelle scoring twice.
Delaware St. recorded four shots in the match but was unable to put one on frame. Aryanna Peregrino led the Hornets with two shots, while Alyx Beard and Giselle Sabbat each added one.
Temple's Shari Atkins and Madison Abi Aoun each recorded two assists, while Amaya Hill, Sydney Ball and other Owls also contributed to the scoring effort.
Jazmin Bailey made four saves in 68:53 of action for Delaware St., while Madison Haney added one save in 21:07.
