DOVER -- Delaware St. dropped 5-0 in a Thursday evening game against Rider University at Drass Field.

The loss dropped Delaware St.'s record to 0-2-0 overall. 

How it Happened

Delaware St. held Rider to one goal off in the first half. The Broncs added four goals in the second half. Shelby Pollard led Delaware St. with four saves out of 32 total Broncs shots.. The Hornets registered eight shots in the loss, two of them on goal. Delaware St. faced 32 Rider shots, 10 of them on goal.
