BALTIMORE, Maryland – The Delaware State men's track and field program continued the Outdoor season at the Morgan State Legacy Meet on Saturday, April 20. The Meet was highlighted by a school record, several top 10 finishes, and personal records.
Final Results
On the men's side, Emperor Campbell secured the only first-place finish for the Hornets in the discus with a 47.57-meter throw. Jeremy Gyan set a school record in the javelin, throwing a huge personal record of 57.78 meters. This throw places Gyan number one in the MEAC.
Jaden Shelton recorded a time of 13.89 in the prelims of the 110-meter hurdles, placing him top 35 in the NCAA East Region and recording the number all-time Delaware State time.
