Hornets upended by Tigers

TOWSON, Md. --- The Delaware State women's soccer team fell to Towson University 7-0 on Tuesday.
 
Alexis Utain and Thalia Johnson recorded the only Hornet shots in the loss.
 
The Tigers were led by the career performance of Nia Christopher who scored five of the seven Towson goals.
 
Delaware State concludes its two-game away stand this Sunday. The Hornets will travel to Macon, Georgia to face the Mercer Bears. Kickoff from Betts Stadium is currently scheduled for 2 p.m.
