TICKETS NO LONGER ON SALE FOR ATHLETICS HALL OF FAME CEREMONY

Dover, Del. (Sep. 13, 2022) --- Tickets for the 2022 Delaware State University Athletics Hall of Fame Banquet and Induction Ceremony this Friday (Sep. 16) are no longer available, and there will be no sales at the door on the day of the event.    
The university last week announced a series of Covid-19 protocols designed to protect attendees at the ceremony sponsored by WSFS Cares at the Martin Luther King Student Center on the DSU campus. The following guidelines must be met by honorees and their guests, along with all other visitors, to attend the hall of fame induction ceremony.
The 2022 Delaware State Athletics Hall of Fame Banquet protocols are as follows:
- vaccinated: show proof of vaccination upon arrival
- unvaccinated: show proof of a  negative PCR test (not a rapid test) taken within 3 days prior to arrival
- masks required indoors

The 2022 DSU Hall-of-Fame class features nine former Hornet athletes, a championship coach and a contributor.   
The class will also be recognized at halftime of the Hornets'  football contest against Virginia University Lynchburg on Sep. 17 at Alumni Stadium.

Phil Anderson (Football), Kalyn Washburn Arthurs (Women's Bowling),  Tony Danzey (Football), David Jones (Football), Greg Jackson (Men's Basketball Coach), Ronn Shaw (Contributor), Stanley Waite (Men's Bowling), Everett Stembridge (Cross Country/Track & Field), Robert Johnson (Baseball), Kamerra Brown (Equestrian) and Fabian Thorne (Football).
