Hornets outmatched by Bulldogs

Box Score ORANGEBURG, S.C. --- The Delaware State University women's basketball team dropped a 64-52 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) contest to the South Carolina State Bulldogs on Monday.
 
Freshman center Breazia Robinson and redshirt senior guard Janasia Law led the way on offense with 14 points each.
 
Robinson tallied hers on five-of-six shooting from the field and drained a team-high four free throws. She also hauled in eight rebounds and played all 40 minutes. Law made a team-best six shots including two from beyond the arc.
 
Sianny Sanchez-Oliver chipped in with 10 points and a team-high five assists while Unique Miller grabbed a game-best 10 rebounds.
 
Delaware State will conclude the home portion of the 2021-2022 season on Saturday with a MEAC matchup against the Morgan State Bears. Tipoff from Memorial Hall is currently scheduled for 2 p.m.
