Ashley Maribo for the game's first score.

Kelly Poole and Rachel Sorkenn capitalized on Hornet miscues scoring their goals less than two minutes apart to seal the away win.

Jada Lee paced the offensive effort with three total shots in the loss.

Defensively, Maribo tallied 11 saves during her time in net.

Delaware State will travel to New Jersey Institute of Technology on Friday for a 5 p.m. game and then return home to Drass Field on Sunday for matinee matchup with South Carolina State slated for a 2 p.m. start.
