Smithfield, R.I. – The Delaware State women's soccer team, coming off its first win of the season in the last outing, came up on the short end of a 3-0 score at Bryant University today.
The Bulldogs (3-7-0) scored their first goal less than six minutes into the contest and opened up a 2-0 with a score at the 26
th minute.
Bryant added its third goal in the 44
th minute.
Delaware State was credited with four shots in the second half to three for the Bulldogs.
Jada Lee led the Hornets' offensive attack with two shots on a goal.
Savannah Ay and
Lydia Daids recorded a shot on goal each.

Eriona Shabani tallied two saves during her time in net.
Delaware State (1-8-0) returns to action next Monday, October 4 against Navy in a road contest. Kickoff is scheduled for 5 p.m.
