DOVER, Del. – Delaware State and Hampton will meet in women's soccer for the first time in four years when the teams compete on Friday (Sep. 24) at DSU. Start time is set for 7:00 p.m. at Alumni Stadium.  
The Hornets are 4-0 all-time against the Pirates, highlighted by two 11-0 victories in2015. The teams last met in 2017, with Delaware State pulling out a 2-1 win at Alumni Stadium.  
The Hornets also defeated the Pirates 6-1 at Hampton in 2016.  
Delaware State is seeking its first win of the season (0-7-0), while Hampton brings a 1-3-1 record into Friday's contest.
