Myles Carter is tops on the Hornets and second in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) in scoring at 15.7 points per game. He's also ninth in the league in rebounding at 5.9 per contest. Corey Perkins is off to an impressive start to his collegiate career, ranking third among Hornet regulars in scoring at 7.2 points per game and second in the league in assists at 4.2 per contest. Junior center
Chris Sodom is the No. 1 shot blocker in the MEAC with 19 (2.1 pg) and he's third in the league in rebounding at 7.2 per game.

St. Francis (1-8) dropped its first eight games before recording its first win, 71-60, at St. Peter's (N.J.) on Wednesday. The Terriers trailed 32-28 at the half in the contest, but outscored St. Peter's 43-28 in the final 20 minutes. :Larry Moreno led four St. Francis double-figure scorers with 18 points (7-8 FT) in the game. Moreno was five-for-eight from the field, including four-of-seven on three-point shots, in the game. Michael Cubbage recorded a double-double for the Terriers with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Rob Higgins chipped in with 13 points for St. Francis in the last outing. Cubbage is the Terriers' leading scorer at 11.7 points per game, and also averages a team-high 6.2 rebounds per contest. Patrick Emilien is SFB's second-leading scorer at 11.1 points per game.
