Bethlehem, Pa. --- The Delaware State University women's basketball team fell to the Lehigh University Mountain Hawks 82-39 on the road on Saturday.
The Hornets held three ties through out at the first quarter at 2-2, 5-5 and 7-7 before the Mountain Hawks would begin to pull away.
Freshman guard
Sianny Sanchez-Oliver led Delaware State with 10 points including a perfect 4-for-4 at the charity stripe. Â She also hauled in five boards and handed out an assist.
Redshirt-senior
Janasia Law chipped in with nine points and a team-best three assists.
Zoe Holmes recorded nine rebounds, four points and dished out a block and stole the ball away from the Mountain Hawks.
The Hornets will be back in action on Tuesday at home against the Drexel Dragons. Tipoff from Memorial Hall is scheduled for 1 p.m.Â
