SALISBURY, Md. – The Delaware State University women's cross country team placed fourth at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury University.

Jenna Blauser and Tai Brown led the Hornets with a top-20 finish each. Blauser recorded a final time of 24:37.90 which placed her 17^th. Brown ran a time of 24:45.80 to finish 19th out of a field of 94 total runners.

Kyra Lyles tallied a top-50 finish of her own after running a time of 26:10.80.

Delaware State University will be back in action next Friday, October 15 when it hosts the DSU Farm Invite.
