SALISBURY, Md. – Albert Norman who set a school record at The Shore XC Invite just last week, broke his own record at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury University.

Norman recorded a time of 25:33.30 which shaved 24 seconds off his time from last week's race. He finished third overall out of a field of 104 runners and was Delaware State's only top-five finish in the race.

Devin Smith, Nathanael Guy and Ezekiel Dawkins tallied top-50 finishes with times of 28:48.40, 29:14.70 and30:04.60 respectively.

As a team, the Hornets placed fourth overall and will be back in action next Friday, October 15 when they host the DSU Farm Invite.
