Dover, DE ? Senior forward Roy Bright led all scorers with 28 points pacing the Delaware State Hornets to a 77-44 win over the Allen University Yellow Jackets in the DSU Round Ball Classic.

The Hornets shot 57.1% from the floor in the first half and easily built a 26 point lead (36-10) with seven minutes left in the half. Bright finished the first half with 17 points as the Hornets took a 44-19 lead into the locker room.

Also finishing in double figures for the Hornets was Frisco Sandidge and Terrence Parkes with 10 and 11 points respectively.

Pacing the Yellow Jackets was Byron Littlejohn with 15 points.

The DSU Round Ball Classic will continue tomorrow evening with Allen taking on Coppin State at 6:00 p.m. and the Hornets will face St. Paul's College at 8:00 p.m.
