Tom Esler is in his third year with the Hornets. Prior to joining the Hornets, he was head goalkeeper coach at  Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH.

Esler has more than 25 years of coaching a variety of age groups in travel leagues for both men and women, including a stint as a Maryland ODP assistant goalkeeper coach.  He holds numerous licenses, including a USSF National "B" License.

He currently resides in Seaford, Del., with his wife Vendla, and has four sons; Tom III, Michael, Tim, and Darien.
