Teaunsha Robinson

Teaunsha Robinson enters her first season as an Assistant Coach and Director of Player Development for the Delaware State University women’s basketball program. A Baltimore native, Robinson brings a well-rounded background as a former NCAA student-athlete, a seasoned skill development coach, and a rising talent evaluator with a strong track record at the junior college and high school levels.
Robinson arrives at Delaware State after three highly impactful seasons at Paris Junior College (Region XIV), where she served as Assistant Coach, Player Development Coordinator, and Co-Recruiting Coordinator. At PJC, she helped guide the program to multiple postseason appearances and was instrumental in the development and recruitment of several student-athletes who went on to compete at the Division I level.
In her final season at PJC, Robinson played a key role in the development of standout guard Neveah Brown, who led the nation (NJCAA Division I) in three-point field goals with 122 maked and shot 42% from beyond the arc. Brown earned Region XIV All-Conference honors and was named a 2025 WBCA Two-Year College Coaches’ All-American Honorable Mention. She committed to Georgia Southern University to pursue a degree in Engineering. That same season, Robinson also coached Blessing Teamer, a dynamic scoring guard who averaged 13.7 points and 5.9 rebounds per game, earning Region XIV All-Conference Honorable Mention honors before transferring to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Robinson’s first season at PJC included the development of two NJCAA Top 40 All-Stars: All Conference and All Region Nykesha Sanders, who ranked second nationally in assists and totaled 377 career assists, and Mikiya House, who led Region XIV in scoring and field goal percentage. Sanders continued her career at the Division I level after averaging 10.4 points and 6.1 assist, while House went on to earn All-Conference and All-Region honors the following year, averaging 16.1 points and 9.8 rebounds per game. House finished her PJC career with over 755 points and three NJCAA National Player of the Week awards before competing at the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame NJCAA 3v3 Showcase and advancing to the Division I level.
During her tenure at PJC, Robinson also coached All-Conference Honorable Mention players Zachareia Sommers (500 career points) and Madison Walters (57 steals in a single season), who continued her career at the University of Texas Permian Basin.
Prior to her time at Paris, Robinson was the Assistant Varsity Coach at Shortridge High School in Indianapolis and served as Chief of Coaches for the All-Indy Belles AAU program, where she coached and developed athletes from the 2027–2029 classes. In 2022, she led her 2029 group to an impressive summer, going undefeated in tournament play and coaching future Division I prospect Savayah Mitchell—now one of the top incoming freshmen in Indianapolis.
Robinson also spent four seasons at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in Maryland, serving as the Assistant Varsity Coach and Head JV Coach. Her tenure was marked by consistent success: three consecutive Baltimore City JV Championships (2018–2020), three varsity Baltimore City titles, and three Maryland State regional championships. In 2020, her varsity team finished 22–1 and made a state title appearance before the pandemic halted the tournament. While at Poly, Robinson helped develop All-Metro selections Dasia Townes (VCU) and Asia Petty, who went on to LSU and became a dominant forward in the SEC, recording over 20 career double-doubles.
In addition to her coaching roles at the high school and collegiate levels, Robinson has consistently maintained her basketball and training business, Organized CHA02, throughout her coaching journey. Her program has helped develop and empower numerous female athletes to unlock their full potential—on the court, in the classroom, and in life using social emotional learning strategies. Through Organized CHA02, Robinson emphasizes the importance to BE HER, UNLEASH HER—a confident, competitive, and high-character leader. Among her most recent standout athletes are:
  • Ensley McGuire (Honey Grove, TX) – A sharp-shooting guard and leader, McGuire earned District 14-2A Most Valuable Player honors and multiple All-Red River Valley Region accolades. She enters her senior year as one of the most highly regarded players in the region.
  • Kyra Cary (Paris, TX) – A rising sophomore, Cary made a major impact in her freshman season, earning All-Red River Valley Newcomer of the Year and First Team honors. She tallied 440 points, 130 rebounds, and maintained a 73% free throw percentage.
  • Kaidence Norman (Mt. Pleasant, TX) – A standout middle school athlete and All-Star, Norman is projected to be one of the top incoming freshmen in her district, known for her poise and high ceiling as a two-way player.

A proud graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, Robinson played collegiately at Bowie State University, where she was a standout performer in the CIAA. She earned CIAA All-Rookie honors in 2007, and CIAA All-Conference and All-Tournament team honors from 2008–2011. She finished her career at Bowie State as a member of the school’s 1,000-point and 500-rebound clubs and ranks among the top 10 in blocks in program history.
Robinson holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bowie State University (2012) and a master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Career and Technical Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (2022).
