Roger Pfister Jr. joined Pivot Physical Therapy on Jan. 13, 2020 as the Head Athletic Trainer for Delaware State University. His certifications include: Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC), Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), First Aid, BLS, CPR/AED, Cupping FMT (Rock Tape), Flossing FMT (Rock Tape), and Certified Athletic Trainer Association Member (NATA). Before joining Pivot, Pfister served as the Head Athletic Trainer at Shaw University for 16 years and at St. Augustine’s University in Raleigh, N.C. for a brief period. He has also worked as an athletic trainer covering various sports in the Raleigh Durham area, including ACC tennis championships, ACC soccer championships, and Duke University soccer camp.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and Physical Education from McKendree University in Lebanon, Ill.

Pfister currently resides in Magnolia, DE with his wife, Eulonda, of 10 years and three wonderful children, Nathan, Ashlynn, and Madelyn. He is a member of the Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company. During his down time, Pfister enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and leisurely riding his motorcycle.
