Jason Brown enters his first season as the Volunteer Assistant Coach, where he will primarily be working with the Catchers. 

Previously, Brown was an Assistant Coach for Klamath Falls Gems of the West Coast Collegiate Summer League where they broke WCL record for wins by an expansion team. During the spring, he was the Assistant Baseball Coach at Centralia College (Centralia, Wash.) where he primarily worked with the catchers and hitters. Brown coached three all-league players including an All-NWAACC selection at catcher.

Brown played at George Fox University in Newberg, Ore. from 2006-2010 and was All-Conference DH as a senior in 2010. While at George Fox, the Bruins won two NWC Conference titles and made four NCAA Regional Appearances. He graduated from George Fox University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Delaware State University.
