2017: Competed in five invitationals… Placed seventh at the Coppin State vs Delaware State in the 5k with a time of 24:04.0… Career best time of 22:28.0 in the 5k at the MEAC Cross Country Championships.
2016: Participated in five invitationals. Season best time of 23:07.5 in the 5k at the DSU Pre-Conference Run Invite.
High School: Long distance sprinter ... Coached by Orlando Williams.
