High School: New Balance Nationals Outdoor champion in the Sprint Medlay Relay… Bronze medalist in the 300-meter hurdles at the PIAA District 1 AAA Championships… Delco Champion in the 60, 100, & 300-meter hurdles… Outdoor PA state record holder in the 4 x 400 relay.
