Cross Country 2017: Participated in five invitationals… four top 20 finishes… including three top 10 finishes… Placed second in the 5k at the Coppin State vs Delaware State Invite (Sep. 15) with career best time of 17:34.1… Finished second with a career best time of 26:26.4 in the 8k at the DSU Alumni XC Run (Oct. 13) … Placed seventh in the DSU Pre-Conference Invite (Oct. 7) with a time of 29:01.3.
Cross Country 2016: Competed in five invitationals… Three top 20 finishes… Season best time of 18.04.3 in the 5k at the Delaware State Hornet Invitational (Sep. 10)… Season best time of 28.27.9 in the 8k at the DSU Pre-Conference Run Invite (Oct. 15).
High School: Distance runner from Washington & Lee High School in Virginia … was coached by Cole Vanover.
