Cross Country: Competed in five invitationals… Three top 10 finishes … Finished first in the 5k at the Coppin State vs Delaware State with a time of 17:24.8 (Sep. 15)… Placed sixth in the 8k at the DSU Pre-Conference Invitational with a time of 28:43.1 (Oct. 7)… Season best time of 16:56.6 in the 5k for a ninth place finish at the DSU Hornet Invitational (Sep. 9).
High School: Attended Grafton/Patriot High School… Three-time varsity letterman in cross country and indoor track & field… Four-time varsity letterman in outdoor track & field… Garnered multiple All Regional, All-Conference accolades … Three-time All-State honors… Two-time National Qualifier… Set school records in the DMR, and 4X800.
Personal: Born 7/11/99 in Hampton, VA… Currently resides in Gainesville, VA… Younger sister named Lauryn... Majoring in Business Management.
